- All items that shows ADD TO CART is on-hand. Once we receive your payment, we can ship it 1-2 business days upon payment.
- All PRE-ORDER items will take time, you can expect your order to be processed in 7-15 BUSINESS DAYS excluding HOLIDAYS and WEEKENDS upon payment.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, please allow at least 3 days from the receipt of your item to process your store credit or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

SAME DAY DELIVERY
- We offer a same day delivery service via Grab Express/Lalamove
- In rare circumstances, technical discrepancies occur within the online store.
